Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Also, you must contact the store or via email to request a refund. Refunds on some items may require a 20% restocking fee example (Vanities, Vanity Tops, Kitchen Faucets, Bath Faucets) You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.

2. Mail your returned item or bring it back to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
For large items as follows: Vanity tops, Vanities, Kitchen sinks, Kitchen faucets, Bath sinks, Bath faucets, Shower panels, Shower systems, Shower doors, Tile, Vinyl Flooring, Handles, etc.
Damaged or missing items
Must be reported within 15 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. To report damage or missing items in your order please call ProMart USA (561) 557-4127.
Clearance Items
All sales on clearance items are final, nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund as long as the item has not been processed. Once an item is processed, the terms of our Return Policy will apply.

A Customer Service representative will assist you and confirm whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund.
Refunds
Once ProMart USA has received the returned item and determined the item to be in new and resalable condition, a credit in the amount of the original invoice less a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping will be issued.
All authorized refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are given in the original method of payment.
